Managed freight platform (4PL)
A managed online freight platform for Australian business shippers.
Senditt is a managed freight platform (4PL), not a marketplace, courier or carrier. Quoting and booking run inside your own login, which is set up after a freight review, on Senditt's negotiated rates across 35+ carriers.

What an online freight platform does for a business shipper
An online freight platform is one place to arrange freight that would otherwise be spread across several carrier portals, a spreadsheet and a run of email. You price a consignment, book it, print its labels, manifest the day's despatch and follow every consignment to delivery in the same login, whatever carrier moves it.
Senditt is a managed freight platform (4PL) for high-volume Australian business shippers: book on Senditt's negotiated rates across 35+ carriers, and track and reconcile every consignment from one dashboard.
Quoting and booking run inside your own login, and a login is set up after a freight review, so there is no public price on this page and nothing here that calculates one for you. Senditt is not a marketplace, a courier or a carrier. Your freight moves with the carriers you book through Senditt, on carrier accounts Senditt holds, and Senditt manages the billing and the support behind them.
That is a different proposition from a load board, where a job is posted for operators to bid on, and from running freight on carrier contracts of your own. Freight portal or freight broker works through the same distinction at more length, and freight management software sets out the category.
Why Australian businesses move freight onto one managed freight platform
Freight has been getting dearer, and quickly. The Australian Bureau of Statistics measured output prices for road freight transport rising 15.5% in the June quarter 2026 on strong increases in fuel surcharges, which it records as the largest quarterly rise since the series began in 1997, and 17.6% across the year, a record (Producer Price Indexes, Australia, June quarter 2026, released 31 July 2026, re-opened 3 October 2026).
Few businesses are insulated from it. In the ABS Business Conditions and Sentiments survey for June 2026, 46% of businesses said operating expenses had risen over the previous four weeks, and 56% of those named freight or delivery costs among the reasons (released 30 June 2026, re-opened 3 October 2026).
When freight is booked across four or five separate portals, nobody can see what the whole bill is made of, which carrier is holding up its end, or where a consignment is without logging in somewhere else. One managed freight platform does not make carriers cheaper. It puts every consignment, charge and status in one list, so the cost is visible and comparable before despatch rather than after the invoice.
Quote and book
Bulk quotes and one booking form.
Download the template, upload your file and generate a bulk quote report. The Create Consignment form takes a despatch date and time, then pickup and delivery details.

Track
One consignment status list.
Track and reconcile every consignment from one dashboard. Your customer receives a public tracking page for their consignment, with no login.

Manifests and labels
Manifests and labels, in the same login.
Quoting, booking, tracking and manifests all happen in the same login. Item labels and manifests come as PDF documents.

Managed carrier accounts
Carrier accounts, managed for you.
- You book on Senditt's negotiated rates.
- Senditt manages the carrier accounts, billing and support.
A managed freight platform, not freight software alone
Run freight on carrier accounts of your own and you open an account with each carrier, negotiate your own rates, chase your own invoices and run your own claims, whatever screens sit in front. On a Senditt account, Senditt holds the carrier accounts and manages the billing and the support.
Consignments on Senditt go out on Senditt's negotiated rates across 35+ carriers, and Senditt manages the carrier accounts, the billing and the support behind them. The rates are loaded before your account opens, which is why quoting, booking and despatch all work from your first day.
On request and at no additional charge, Senditt will lodge and manage a claim with the relevant carrier on your behalf, under that carrier's conditions of carriage and within the notice periods the terms set out. The same clause leaves the goods at your risk and limits what Senditt is liable for, and clause 4 makes insurance yours to arrange, so read both before relying on either. Where a carrier records different dimensions, weight, item count, service or address from the ones entered, the charge is adjusted and re-invoiced, with any carrier surcharges that apply. All of it sits in the published carriage terms.
Who a managed freight platform suits
Senditt serves Australian businesses shipping roughly 500 or more consignments a month across eCommerce, wholesale and distribution, moving both pallet and parcel freight. A pallet to a trade customer and a carton to a consumer are booked in the same sitting, on the same account, and turn up in the same consignment list. There are pages for each industry Senditt works with, and a guide to running pallet and parcel together.
It is not built for one-off sends or personal shipments, and this site gives no freight price for a single item. Freight that leaves from more than one despatch point raises its own questions, which this guide to multi-site freight works through.
Connected to the systems you already run
21 eCommerce, ERP and WMS platforms connect to Senditt, among them Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento 2, BigCommerce, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Cin7, MYOB and CartonCloud, with an open API and a flat-file option for anything not on the list.
The Senditt integrations team scopes and builds each one for you. That takes two to four weeks, depending on the platform, and carries setup plus monthly fees. There is no self-setup, and no need to wait for one. An account can book from its first day and connect its systems afterwards. The integrations page lists all of them.
Getting started on a Senditt account
Every account begins with a freight review: 30 minutes, at no cost, on where your freight stands today. The request form has ten required fields: your first and last name, company, email address and phone number, how many consignments you send in a month, your monthly freight spend, the type of enquiry, how you heard about Senditt and a short message.
Senditt sets the account up after that. Quoting, booking, tracking and manifests all happen in the same login: item labels and manifests come out of it as PDF documents, and your own customers get a tracking page that needs no login to open. Each step has its own page: quoting, booking, tracking, and manifests and labels.
Frequently asked questions
What is an online freight platform?
One system for arranging freight with more than one carrier: quote a consignment, book it, print the labels, manifest the despatch and follow it to delivery without opening a separate portal for every carrier. On Senditt that sits behind one login.
Is Senditt freight management software?
Not software on its own. Senditt is a managed freight platform (4PL), so the screens arrive with the carrier relationships already behind them: Senditt holds and runs the carrier accounts, the invoicing and the support, and you book on rates Senditt has negotiated.
Is Senditt a carrier, a courier or a marketplace?
None of those three. Senditt is a managed freight platform (4PL). The carriage is done by whichever carrier you pick for each consignment, from 35+ Australian and international carriers.
Do we need our own carrier accounts?
No, and the platform is not built to use them. Consignments go out under accounts Senditt holds, at rates Senditt has negotiated, which is also why Senditt can take on the invoicing and the carrier conversations.
Can I get a freight quote without an account?
No. This site carries no public quoting form and no freight price. Quoting sits inside the login, a login follows a freight review, and quoting works from the day the account opens.
When can a new account start booking?
From the day Senditt opens it. Carrier rates are loaded in advance, so quoting and booking work straight away. Connecting an eCommerce, ERP or WMS system is separate work and takes two to four weeks, depending on the platform.
