Senditt's platform puts every consignment on one status list, whichever carrier is moving it. These are the 25 statuses on that list, under the platform's own names. Not every carrier sends every status, and carriers sometimes skip one.

Shopify shipping in Australia: what the integration covers
Shopify is one of the eCommerce platforms on Senditt’s integration list, which also covers ERP and warehouse systems. It is a supported integration: the Senditt integrations team builds it and maintains it, rather than handing whoever looks after your store something else to keep an eye on.
Live carrier rates at checkout are available on Shopify, so a shipping cost can be shown to a customer at the point of order.
Connecting a store does not change the arrangement behind the freight. Your consignments are booked on carrier accounts Senditt holds, at rates Senditt has negotiated across 35+ carriers, and Senditt manages those accounts, the billing and the support. Senditt is a managed freight platform (4PL), not a marketplace, a courier or a carrier.
Setup is scoped against the Shopify configuration you run and quoted before anything is built. There is a setup fee, then an ongoing support fee for maintenance and updates, and you approve both before work starts.
The operation Senditt is built around is an Australian business sending pallet and parcel freight at roughly 500 consignments a month or more. Where a Shopify setup does not suit a built integration, there is an open API and a flat-file route.

How is the Shopify integration set up?
Our integrations team sets it up for you. We scope it against your configuration, quote the work, build and test it, then hand it over. We do not offer self-setup, because linking a live store or ERP to freight takes customisation and testing that a download-and-configure plugin cannot do properly.
Are there fees for the integration?
Yes. Integrations carry a setup fee and an ongoing support fee that covers maintenance and updates. Both are quoted and approved before any work starts.
How long does it take to connect Shopify?
Integrations take two to four weeks, depending on the platform. Your Senditt account can quote, book and send on day one, while the Shopify integration is set up by the Senditt integrations team.
What if my setup is different?
We can customise the integration to a large degree, and if your configuration is not a fit at all, Senditt also connects through an open API or a flat file.
