Phoenix Express Logistics on the Sunshine Coast
Phoenix Express Logistics is the trading name of Streamline Logistics Pty Ltd, a private, Australian, family-owned company. Established in 1990, it began as a small courier company and runs over 100 vehicles throughout Queensland. Its head office is at 12 Cedarbrook Drive, Forest Glen on the Sunshine Coast, a site near the Bruce Highway, and a July 2025 news post announced its 16,000 square metre distribution and 3PL centre at 49 Boronia Road, Brisbane Airport. The business has a particular focus on medical, veterinary, retail and commercial laundry customers.
Phoenix Express runs around Queensland
South East Queensland is the core of the business. Express Priority gives door to door morning and afternoon express runs straight from a customer's business or warehouse, and its coverage names Brisbane's CBD and northern, southern and western suburbs, the Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore, Caloundra, Noosa, Gympie), the Gold Coast (Robina, Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Tweed Heads) and Toowoomba (Highfields, Oakey, Dalby). Phoenix's own customers can also arrange Dedicated Delivery Systems, with daily schedules and routes built around their own distribution.
The same July 2025 post says its truck fleet of vans and Pantechs runs morning and afternoon routes, seven days a week, on regional corridors that link the Northern Rivers, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast and Toowoomba with Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone and Airlie Beach. From the Brisbane centre the fleet spans 1 tonne vans up to B-double semi-trailers, and it handles small parcels through to full container loads. Premium Same Day Delivery puts a dedicated vehicle on a direct point to point job in metro and regional areas, and Phoenix lists GPS tracking and proof of delivery on its own system.
Interstate, cold chain and laundry work
Interstate Forwarding takes satchels and parcels of 500 g, 1 kg, 3 kg and 5 kg up to bulk pallet shipments, with economy and express options and a nationwide road express service. Phoenix reaches other states, and overseas destinations with customs clearance and documentation, through other carriers' networks. Its website terms ask shippers to declare dangerous, fragile or regulated goods in writing.
Its Cold Chain Logistics Division, announced in September 2026, runs two new Scania 12-pallet refrigerated trucks fitted with Thermo King units and tailgate lifters. A specialist division handles pickup and delivery for commercial laundries from Tweed Heads to Mackay, using Pantechs of up to 25 tonnes that load roll-on roll-off, down to 1 tonne vans.
Phoenix Express tracking
On Phoenix's own tracking page, a consignment number shows the delivery's status in real time, and the page links to TransVirtual, the freight management system it uses. Every shipment is GPS linked into that system, and its electronic proof of delivery records signatures, photos and GPS locations. For its own account customers, Phoenix offers a TransVirtual booking portal with a two-step procedure for standard services, automatic email alerts to receivers, and connections with CartonCloud, Shopify and Starshipit.
