FedEx guide

FedEx international parcel services

International Priority is FedEx's express service from door to door, and FedEx lists more than 220 countries and territories for it, with customs clearance, signature options and online tracking included. International Priority Express serves selected markets in Asia, North America and Europe for time-critical shipments. International First runs door to door to a set time, with customs cleared, for exports to the United States and Canada and imports from there and Latin America, in selected postcodes only. International Economy is meant for shipments that are not urgent. All four take packages of up to 68 kg, 274 cm long and 330 cm in length plus girth.

International Connect Plus is a day-definite service built for online sellers sending to consumers, and suits shipments under 10 kg. Customs clearance is included, the markets it serves vary, and receivers can pick when and where to take delivery through FedEx Delivery Manager.

FedEx international freight

FedEx's freight services are for pieces over 68 kg, longer than 274 cm or more than 330 cm around. International Priority Freight flies heavy single pieces, and International Economy Freight takes heavyweight shipments with no ceiling on their total weight. A skid beyond FedEx's set height, length, width or weight needs its approval before it ships.

International Priority DirectDistribution lets a business send one consolidated shipment that clears customs as a unit, then reaches many receivers in the same country. Loose packages up to 68 kg and skidded pieces can travel together, the total weight is unlimited, and each shipment is tracked on its own.

Customs and duties with FedEx

Duties and taxes are fixed by government, not by FedEx, which enters them on the customs declaration. On Senditt, FedEx is booked for international shipments only, alongside the domestic carriers on Senditt's platform.
