These terms govern your access to and use of the Senditt platform and website provided by Senditt Logistics Pty Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Senditt provides a freight management platform that lets you quote, book, track and reconcile freight across multiple carriers. You bring your own carrier accounts and rates, and Senditt connects them in one place.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the platform. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Commercial terms, including any fees, are set out in the agreement or order you enter into with us. Carrier charges remain payable to your carriers under your own accounts.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for any loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which Senditt Logistics Pty Ltd is registered.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
